Justicia Federal acept\u00f3 la demanda por la quita de fondos educativos interpuesta contra el Gobierno Nacional, que<strong> tendr\u00e1 un plazo de 10 d\u00edas para presentar un informe en respuesta <\/strong>a la acci\u00f3n de amparo interpuesta por R\u00edo Negro.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Estado de la provincia patag\u00f3nica interpuso esa acci\u00f3n judicial contra el Gobierno Nacional y solicit\u00f3 un pronunciamiento el 22 de febrero, para que la justicia ordene el cumplimiento de la normativa citada y el restablecimiento de la asistencia financiera.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, <strong>requiri\u00f3 una medida cautelar urgente para restablecer el flujo de fondos<\/strong> mientras se resuelve la causa.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n oficial, \u00abel Juzgado Federal de Viedma orden\u00f3 al Estado Nacional, a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n de la Naci\u00f3n, a presentar un informe en la causa de amparo que el Gobierno de R\u00edo Negro inici\u00f3 por incumplimiento de sus deberes de financiamiento educativo desde el primero de enero pasado, violando el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n consagrado en la
